    【摘要】 随着癌症发病率的逐年增加，癌症已经成为全世界国家的主要死亡原因。早期诊断、早期治疗对癌症发病起到最关键的作用。癌症的发生不仅是由于体内的基因突变，其表观遗传学的紊乱调控也是其发生的重要原因。近年来，micro RNAs在多种疾病中的生物进程受到关注，miR-138-5p在癌症的发生发展过程中可以起到抑癌基因的作用进而抑制癌细胞的侵入、转移和凋亡。在靶向治疗的应用方面，miR-138-5p在癌症的发生发展和诊治过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文就miR-138-5p在癌症发展中的研究进展作一简要综述。
