    【摘要】 左金丸出自《丹溪心法》，由黄连和吴茱萸组成，具有寒热并调、辛开苦降、肝胃同治的配伍特点，原方主要用于肝火犯胃之证，现代临床主要广泛应用于消化系统方面的疾病。笔者通过整理近年来的相关文献，对其在消化系统疾病方面的应用加以总结，为临床工作者提供治疗思路。

    [Abstract] Zuojin Pills originated from Danxis Experiential Therapy， which is composed of Coptis Chinensis and Evodia Rutaecarpa， it has the characteristics of mildly regulating cold and heat， acrid opening and bitter down bearing and simultaneously treating liver and stomach. The original formula is mainly used for the liver fire invading stomach syndrome， and is widely used in modern clinical diseases of digestive system. The author summarized its application in digestive system diseases by sorting out relevant literatures in recent years， so as to provide treatment ideas for clinical workers.
