    【摘要】 目的：探讨不同采血护理服务模式对献血者献血不良反应及满意度的影响。方法：选取2019年3月-2020年12月在肇庆市中心血站参加无偿献血者4 224例作为研究对象。按照分层抽样分为对照组和观察组，每组2 112例。对照组给予常规护理服务模式，观察组采取个性化护理服务模式。比较两组献血不良反应发生率及对护理服务满意度评价。结果：观察组不良反应发生率为2.60%，对照组为4.50%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理服务满意度总分为(361.23±18.58)分，对照组为(330.68±15.25)分，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：切实开展个性化护理服务模式，相比常规护理服务模式，能降低献血不良反应发生率，提高护理满意度，更能体现优质护理的要求，护理效果值得肯定。
