    【摘要】 目的：探討子宫颈癌(CC)根治术术后留置导尿管患者并发尿路感染(UTI)的危险因素。方法：回顾性分析2019年4月-2021年7月在赣南医学院第一附属医院行根治性手术治疗的84例CC患者的临床资料。分析CC根治术术后留置导尿管患者并发UTI的危险因素。结果：84例CC根治术术后留置导尿管患者并发UTI 18例(21.43%)。单因素分析显示：年龄、手术切除范围、插管次数、置管时间、合并糖尿病、术后尿潴留与CC根治术术后留置导尿管患者并发UTI均有关，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示：年龄≥60岁[β=2.175，OR=8.800，95%CI(2.753，28.134)]、手术切除范围广泛[β=1.496，OR=4.466，95%CI(1.328，15.018)]、插管次数≥2次[β=2.015，OR=7.500，95%CI(2.201，25.556)]、置管时间≥7 d[β=2.705，OR=14.957，95%CI(3.166，70.801)]、合并糖尿病[β=1.282，OR=3.603，95%CI(1.222，10.621)]、术后尿潴留[β=3.114，OR=22.500，95%CI(5.613，90.196)]均是CC根治术术后留置导尿管患者并发UTI的高危因素。结论：CC根治术术后留置导尿管患者并发UTI与年龄、手术切除范围、插管次数、置管时间、合并糖尿病、术后尿潴留有关。
