    【摘要】 目的：探討主动脉夹层(AD)患者术后并发肺部感染的危险因素。方法：采用便利抽样方式选择2020年1月-2021年7月在赣州市人民医院行手术治疗的86例AD患者为研究对象。分析AD患者术后并发肺部感染的危险因素。结果：86例AD患者中术后并发肺部感染27例(31.40%);单因素分析显示，并发肺部感染组与未并发肺部感染组在年龄、吸烟史、术前心功能分级、糖尿病、呼吸机使用时间、手术时间方面比较，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在体重指数、饮酒史、性别、高血压、冠心病、发病至手术时间方面比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);多因素分析显示，年龄≥60岁[OR=6.429，95%CI(2.365，17.475)]、吸烟史[OR=17.150，95%CI(5.518，53.298)]、术前心功能分级≥Ⅲ级[OR=3.076，95%CI(1.195，7.919)]、糖尿病[OR=9.406，95%CI(3.215，27.521)]、呼吸机使用时间≥5 h[OR=17.233，95%CI(5.404，54.953)]、手术时间≥3 h[OR=11.250，95%CI(3.791，33.381)]均为AD患者术后并发肺部感染的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论：AD患者术后并发肺部感染与年龄、吸烟史、术前心功能分级、糖尿病、呼吸机使用时间及手术时间有关。
