    【摘要】 目的：探討在重症监护病房(ICU)患者中应用超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术的效果。方法：回顾性分析2019年6月-2020年9月赣南医学院第一附属医院ICU收治的60例需行桡动脉穿刺置管的患者的临床资料，其中2019年6月-2020年1月行常规桡动脉置管的25例ICU患者为对照组，2020年2-9月行超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管的35例ICU患者作为观察组。比较两组首次穿刺成功率、穿刺次数、穿刺时间及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组患者的首次穿刺置管成功率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组穿刺时间短于对照组，穿刺次数少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在ICU患者中应用超声引导下桡动脉穿刺置管术，首次置管成功率高，穿刺时间短，并发症发生率低，安全可靠。
