    【摘要】 尿毒症患者一般需要进行维持性血液透析治疗，发生皮肤瘙痒的概率较高，大部分尿毒症患者会受到皮肤瘙痒的影响。尿毒症患者皮肤瘙痒的成因复杂，本文将尝试探讨相关机制，总结相关病因，以期早日探明该病的发病机制。目前，医疗水平在不断进步，已经有了许多治疗方法应对维持性血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒，药物、手术等多种治疗方法均可使患者获益。本文总结了该病治疗研究进展，可能对提高该病治疗效果有一定的帮助。
