    【摘要】 类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis，RA)是一种累积关节的慢性自身免疫疾病，随着病情的发展会导致不可逆的关节畸形和功能受损，目前临床治疗仍无特效方法。中医治疗具有不良反应少，对机体有整体性调节作用，因此在慢性炎症(如RA)的治疗中具有很大的优势。该文通过将现有的文献进行汇总、整理，进一步阐述多种细胞因子在类风湿关节炎发病机制中的作用，并以细胞因子为靶点讨论黄芩苷治疗类风湿关节炎的可行性。

    [Abstract] Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease that accumulates joints， with the development of the disease， it will lead to irreversible joint deformity and functional damage， at present， there is still no specific method for clinical treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment has less adverse reactions and has an overall regulatory effect on the body， therefore， it has great advantages in the treatment of chronic inflammation (such as RA). By summarizing and sorting out the existing literature， this paper further expounds the role of various cytokines in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis， and discusses the feasibility of Baicalin in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. ......
