    【摘要】 心力衰竭是由多种原因所导致的心室收缩或舒张功能减退的临床综合征，是心血管疾病中的终末阶段，患者生存率低下，若病情急剧加重，需转ICU监护治疗。本文基于气血阴阳和脏腑理论，结合导师临床经验，对运用经方治疗ICU心力衰竭患者进行粗浅探析。

    [Abstract] Objective： Heart failure is a clinical syndrome with decreased ventricular systolic or diastolic function caused by various reasons. It is the final stage of cardiovascular disease， and the survival rate of patients is low. If the condition worsens rapidly， it needs to be transferred to ICU for monitoring and treatment. Based on the theory of qi-blood-yin-yang and viscera， combined with the clinical experience of tutors， this paper makes a superficial analysis on the treatment of ICU patients with heart failure by classical prescriptions.
