    【摘要】 目的：研究旋覆代赭湯联合半夏厚朴汤对胃食管反流病(GERD)患者的效果及对胃动力学相关指标的影响。方法：纳入研究对象共90例，均为佳木斯市中医医院从2019年2月-2021年2月收治的GERD患者，将其按照随机数字表法分成中药组及西药组，各45例。西药组予以常规西药治疗，中药组则于常规西药治疗的基础上增用旋覆代赭汤联合半夏厚朴汤治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分及胃动力学相关指标变化情况、不良反应。结果：在总有效率方面对比，中药组相较于西药组更高(P0.05)。结论：旋覆代赭汤联合半夏厚朴汤治疗GERD患者的效果较佳，可有效改善胃动力学相关指标，且不会增加不良反应发生风险，值得推广普及。
