    【摘要】 目的：探討屈曲体位不同维持时间对全膝关节置换术后早期膝关节恢复情况的影响。方法：选取2019年8月-2021年2月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院收治的92例全膝关节置换术后患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组。两组术后送返病房后均采取屈髋、屈膝30°体位，对照组46例维持24 h，观察组46例维持48 h。比较两组失血情况、膝关节恢复情况、肢体水肿程度及并发症发生率。结果：术后3 d观察组的血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞压积(HCT)、红细胞计数(RBC)水平均高于对照组(P0.05)。结论：膝关节置换患者术后维持屈曲体位48 h有助于减少患者失血，减轻患肢肿胀程度，改善膝关节活动度，缓解疼痛，且不增加术后并发症发生率。
