    【摘要】 冠心病的患病率及死亡率逐渐上升，严重威胁人类健康。常规超声心动图作为一线影像技术在冠心病的评价中发挥了重要作用，但在冠心病的早期诊断及功能检测方面价值有限。超声斑点追踪成像技术能准确、定量和敏感地评估心肌缺血所致的左室收缩功能受损，在冠心病的早期诊断、病情程度判断及预后评估等方面有重要价值。本文对超声斑点追踪成像技术在冠心病中的研究进展做一综述。

    [Abstract] The prevalence and mortality of coronary heart disease are rising gradually， which seriously threatens human health. Conventional echocardiography， as a first-line imaging technique， plays an important role in the evaluation of coronary heart disease， but its value in early diagnosis and functional detection of coronary heart disease is limited. Ultrasonic speckle tracking imaging technology can accurately， quantitatively and sensitively evaluate the left ventricular systolic function damage caused by myocardial ischemia， which is of great value in early diagnosis， severity judgment and prognosis evaluation of coronary heart disease. In this paper， the research progress of ultrasonic speckle tracking imaging technology in coronary heart disease is reviewed.
