    【摘要】 目的：探究化纖定喘汤联合穴位埋线治疗肺间质纤维化的效果及对肺功能和免疫功能的影响。方法：选取2019年8月-2022年8月泰安市中医医院收治的60例肺间质纤维化患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=30)采用常规治疗，试验组(n=30)在对照组基础上采用化纤定喘汤联合穴位埋线治疗。比较两组疗效、中医症候积分、肺功能、免疫功能及不良反应。结果：试验组总有效率为70.00%(21/30)，显著高于对照组的43.33%(13/30)，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：化纤定喘汤联合穴位埋线治疗肺间质纤维化的效果显著，可减轻临床症状，改善患者肺功能及免疫功能，可用于临床治疗。
