【摘要】 目的：探讨扶正强督灸法在绝经后骨质疏松症(PMOP)患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2021年6月-2022年6月在宁德市闽东医院骨质疏松症专科门诊及疼痛科门诊就诊的68例PMOP患者，采用随机数字表法分为试验组(n=34)与对照组(n=34)。对照组实施现代医学常规护理干预，试验组在对照组基础上实施扶正强督灸法干预，均干预1个月。观察两组患者干预前后性激素、骨代谢指标及中医症候积分。结果：干预1个月后，试验组患者的血清雌二醇(E2)水平高于对照组，血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、骨保护素(OPG)、Ⅰ型胶原C端肽(CTX-Ⅰ)及骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平及腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、下肢抽搐、步履艰难、持重困难积分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：扶正强督灸法干预可有效调节PMOP患者的性激素水平，纠正患者异常骨代谢，促进骨形成与骨吸收的平衡，缓解患者的临床症状。
