一氧化氮在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病中的作用

     【摘要】 新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病是指围生期因缺氧、脑血流减少或暂停而导致胎儿或新生儿大脑损伤,包括中枢神经系统异常引发的一系列临床表现,是新生儿死亡或致残的主要病因,其发病机制尚未明确。一氧化氮作为一种神经递质在神经元的信息传递中起重要作用,同时参与脑组织损伤病理机制。本文旨在总结归纳一氧化氮在缺血缺氧性脑病发病过程中的相关作用,为缺血缺氧性脑病治疗开拓思维,提供依据。

    [Abstract] Neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy refers to the brain injury of fetus or newborn caused by hypoxia, reduction or suspension of cerebral blood flow in perinatal period, including a series of clinical manifestations caused by abnormalities of central nervous system, it is the main cause of neonatal death or disability, its pathogenesis is not clear. As a neurotransmitter, nitric oxide plays an important role in the information transmission of neurons and participates in the pathological mechanism of brain tissue injury. This paper aims to summarize the related role of nitric oxide in the pathogenesis of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, so as to provide basis for the development of thinking and treatment of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. ......
