【摘要】 复发性流产的病因及发病机制尚不明确，根据现有的研究，复发性流产的病因主要包括父母染色体因素异常、母胎界面的免疫异常、生殖道畸形及免疫系统疾病等，本文主要从免疫因素方面来阐述复发性流产，具体包括针对复发性流产免疫因素的病因及诊疗措施等方面的新进展，为后续的研究提供参考。

    [Abstract] The etiology and pathogenesis of recurrent spontaneous abortion is still unclear， according to the existing research， the causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion mainly include parental chromosomal factor abnormalities， maternal and fetal interface immune abnormalities， genital tract malformations and immune system diseases， etc.， this paper mainly describes recurrent spontaneous abortion from the aspect of immune factors， specifically including new progress in the etiology and diagnosis and treatment measures of immune factors for recurrent miscarriage， to provide reference for follow-up research.
