【摘要】 子宫颈鳞状上皮内病变(squamous intraepithelial lesion，SIL)是与子宫颈浸润癌密切相关的一组子宫颈病变。人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染触发慢性炎症免疫机制，可进一步引发SIL，在这一转化过程中，宿主通过白介素家族、淋巴细胞亚群等因子诱发免疫应答或免疫逃逸，使患者临床转归及预后均受到不同影响。对此类因子的研究已经成为肿瘤免疫方面的热点问题。展望监测T淋巴细胞亚群及相关细胞因子在健康人群及患病人群在不同阶段变化的潜在价值，以期为SIL患者诊断治疗方案提供临床新思路，改善患者的预后。

    [Abstract] Squamous intraepithelial lesion (SIL) is a group of cervical lesions closely related to invasive carcinoma of the cervix. HPV infection triggers the chronic inflammatory immune mechanism， which can further cause SIL. In this transformation process， the host induces immune response or immune escape through factors such as interleukin family and lymphocyte subsets， so that the clinical outcome and prognosis of patients are affected differently. The study of these factors has become a hot topic in tumor immunity.
