【摘要】 目的：分析采取语言训练联合益髓醒神针刺法治疗脑卒中后失语症患者的价值。方法：选取2021年7月—2022年8月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的60例脑卒中后失语症患者，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=30)。对照组患者采用语言训练治疗，研究组患者采用语言训练联合益髓醒神针刺法治疗。比较两组患者的神经功能、语言功能、中医症候积分。结果：研究组治疗后神经功能评分优于对照组(Plt;0.05)。研究组治疗后语言功能评分高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。研究组治疗后中医症候积分均低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：对脑卒中后失语症患者采取语言训练联合益髓醒神针刺法治疗，能够提高治疗效果，改善患者神经功能及语言功能。
