【摘要】 目的：探讨羟考酮复合环泊酚在老年无痛胃镜检查中的应用效果。方法：选取江南大学附属中心医院2022年6—12月收治的接受老年无痛胃镜检查患者108例，采用随机数字表法将其分为复合组(54例)与常规组(54例)。复合组采用羟考酮复合环泊酚麻醉，常规组采用环泊酚麻醉。比较两组检查时间、苏醒时间与环泊酚使用总量；比较术中呛咳、体动以及脉搏氧饱和度低于90%发生情况；比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果：两组检查时间比较差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)，复合组苏醒时间短于常规组(Plt;0.05)，复合组环泊酚使用总量少于常规组(Plt;0.05)。复合组呛咳、体动以及脉搏氧饱和度低于90%发生率均低于常规组(Plt;0.05)。复合组不良反应发生率为3.70%，低于常规组的16.67%(Plt;0.05)。结论：羟考酮复合环泊酚在老年无痛胃镜检查中的镇痛作用显著，可缩短苏醒时间，降低不良反应发生率。
