基于IKAP理论协同健康教育对卵巢癌患者心理弹性及应对方式的影响





【摘要】 目的:探讨基于信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)理论协同健康教育对卵巢癌患者心理弹性及应对方式的影响。方法:选取2021年1—12月江西省妇幼保健院肿瘤科收治的卵巢癌患者112例,用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组及对照组,每组56例。对照组行常规健康教育,观察组行基于IKAP理论协同健康教育。比较两组干预前后疾病认知水平、心理弹性、应对方式及生活质量。结果:干预后观察组疾病认知水平评分、心理弹性总评分及各维度评分、面对评分及生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各维度评分均较对照组高(Plt;0.05);干预后观察组屈服、回避评分均较对照组低(Plt;0.05)。结论:基于IKAP理论协同健康教育可提高卵巢癌患者疾病认知水平和心理弹性,有助于患者积极面对疾病,改善患者生活质量。
