【摘要】 随着科技进步，越来越多的新材料及新模式应用于负压伤口疗法(NPWT)。NPWT已成为急性和慢性创伤性伤口、糖尿病足溃疡、压力性损伤、皮肤移植和烧伤等有效的治疗方法，NPWT很少发生并发症，但必须注意预防感染、出血和疼痛等不良事件。NPWT负压产生装置的模式及参数，以及泡沫敷料种类的选择等，仍需要进行大规模、多中心、随机临床试验，使NPWT技术不断得到发展进步。

    [Abstract] With the advancement of science and technology， more and more new materials and new models are applied to negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT). NPWT has become an effective treatment for acute and chronic traumatic wounds， diabetic foot ulcers， pressure injuries， skin grafts， and burns. Complications of NPWT are rare， but care must be taken to prevent adverse events such as infection， bleeding， and pain. The mode and parameters of NPWT negative pressure generation device， as well as the selection of foam dressing types， still need large-scale， multi-center， randomized clinical trials， so that NPWT technology continues to develop and progress.
