【摘要】 过敏性紫癜是儿童时期最常见的小血管炎疾病之一。本文对近年来中医药治疗过敏性紫癜的相关研究作一简要综述，从病因病机、辨证施治、中医外治等方面进行概括总结，以期为临床研究提供少许参考。

    [Abstract] Henoch-Sch?nlein purpura is one of the most common small vasculitis diseases in childhood. In this paper， a brief review of the recent studies on the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura by traditional Chinese medicine was made， including the etiology and pathogenesis， treatment based on syndrome differentiation， and external treatment with chinese medicine， in order to provide some references for clinical research.
