【摘要】 PTEN诱导激酶1(PTEN induced putative kinase 1,PINK1)/Parkin介导的线粒体自噬触发线粒体清除,是线粒体质量控制途径的关键基因之一,与帕金森病(PD)的凋亡、氧化应激及炎症反应等病理机制密切相关,极大地影响着该病的发生发展过程。本文将对PINK1结构与功能、PINK1/Parkin介导的线粒体自噬在PD中的作用展开综述。【关键词】 PINK1 帕金森病 线粒体自噬 神经炎症

[Abstract] PTEN-induced putative kinase 1(PINK1)/Parkin-mediated mitophagy triggers mitochondrial clearance, which is one of the key genes in mitochondrial quality control pathway, which is closely related to the pathological mechanisms of apoptosis, oxidative stress and inflammatory response of Parkinson disease (PD), and greatly affects the occurrence and development of the disease. This article will review the structure and function of PINK1 and the role of PINK1/Parkin-mediated mitophagy in PD.
