【摘要】 菱形肌-肋间肌-前锯肌平面阻滞是一种新型的区域阻滞技术，可阻滞T2～T9肋间神经的外侧皮支，用于多种临床情况下胸壁和上腹部手术后的镇痛管理。超声引导下平面神经阻滞具有可视化、定位准确、并发症少、麻醉效果确切、易于学习、操作简单等优点，逐渐被用于临床。本文回顾了近几年来国内外对超声引导下菱形肌-肋间肌-前锯肌平面阻滞的研究，对其平面阻滞的解剖学结构、穿刺层面及入路、临床上不同手术术后镇痛的应用及使用药物种类与注射容量进行综述，为其临床围手术期镇痛提供参考。
