【摘要】 目的：探讨高血压肾病患者采用临床健康教育路径干预对遵医行为、血压水平及肾功能的影响。方法：选取2020年1月—2022年3月鹰潭市人民医院收治的高血压肾病患者88例，根据随机数字表法分成干预组(n=44)和对照组(n=44)。对照组给予常规健康教育，干预组给予临床健康教育路径干预。比较两组遵医行为、血压水平及肾功能。结果：干预组规律服药、合理饮食、合理运动、自我监测、戒烟戒酒占比均较对照组更高(Plt;0.05)；两组干预后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均降低，干预组均较对照组更低(Plt;0.05)；两组干预后胱抑素C(Cys C)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)水平均降低，24 h尿蛋白定量均减少，干预组Cys C、BUN、Scr水平较对照组均更低，24 h尿蛋白定量更少(Plt;0.05)。结论：高血压肾病患者采用临床健康教育路径干预，能够改善患者遵医行为，降低血压水平，改善肾功能。
