【摘要】 颈椎病(cervical spondylotic，CS)是临床上常见的颈部退行性疾病，目前治疗CS的方法比较多，主要包括手术治疗和非手术治疗。而温通刮痧是非手术治疗颈椎病的新型中医外治法，因其操作简单、经济方便、疗效确切，在临床上的运用逐渐成熟。但因温通刮痧是艾灸和刮痧在临床治疗过程中慢慢发展的，存在运用的时间不长、治疗方式不统一、临床操作不规范等局限。因此，有必要对其相关文献进行检索、分析和归纳，总结出温通刮痧的治疗机制、治疗范式，以及治疗颈椎病的临床疗效，以期更好地运用于临床实践中。
