【摘要】 目的：研究接纳承诺疗法对抑郁症患者心理波动及自我接纳的影响。方法：选取江西省荣军优抚医院从2020年2月—2022年2月收治的83例抑郁症患者。按照就医次序分为试验组41例及常规组42例。两组均予以常规药物治疗，常规组实施常规干预，试验组在常规干预的基础上开展接纳承诺疗法。对比两组心理波动、自我接纳、应对方式及生活质量。结果：干预后两组HAMA及HAMD评分均降低，且试验组均低于常规组(Plt;0.05)。干预后两组自我接纳能力评分均有所提高，且试验组高于常规组(Plt;0.05)。干预后两组各项应对方式评分均有所改善，且试验组均优于常规组(Plt;0.05)。干预后两组各项生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分均有所提高，且试验组均高于常规组(Plt;0.05)。结论：接纳承诺疗法可有效改善抑郁症患者心理波动及自我接纳，且能改善应对方式，提高生活质量。
