【摘要】 目的：研究生物反馈联合Kegel训练对低位直肠前切除术后患者直肠功能恢复的效果。方法：选取2022年1—7月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院收治的直肠癌患者60例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。两组均行低位直肠前切除术(LAR)。对照组术后予以Kegel训练，研究组术后在此基础上予以生物反馈训练。观察两组治疗前后肛门直肠测压、盆底肌电指标、排便功能。结果：治疗后，研究组的肛管静息压、肛管最大收缩压、直肠初始阈值、直肠便意感觉阈值、直肠最大耐受量均高于对照组，直肠静息压低于对照组(Plt;0.05)；研究组的运动单位动作电位(MUAP)时程、MUAP波幅均长于对照组(Plt;0.05)；研究组的低位前切除综合征(LARS)评分低于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：生物反馈联合Kegel训练应用于LAR术后患者，可促进肛门直肠解剖结构恢复，改善盆底肌电生理指标，改善排便功能。
