【摘要】 目的：探讨重度颅脑损伤(severe craniocerebral injury，SCI)患者并发肺部感染(pulmonary infection，PI)的相关危险因素。方法：回顾性分析广东医科大学附属第二医院2020年2月—2022年4月收治的116例SCI患者的临床资料，按是否并发PI分为并发PI组42例和无PI组74例，分析SCI患者并发PI的危险因素。结果：多因素logistic回归分析显示，年龄≥60岁、机械通气时间≥7 d、手术持续时间≥4 h、留置胃管、气管切开、急性生理学和慢性健康状况评价Ⅱ(acute physiology and chronic health evaluation，APACHEⅡ)≥18分、格拉斯哥昏迷量表(Glasgow coma scale，GCS)评分lt;5分、有吸烟史是SCI患者并发PI的危险因素(ORgt;1，Plt;0.05)。结论：SCI患者并发PI与年龄、机械通气时间、手术持续时间、留置胃管、气管切开、APACHEⅡ评分、GCS评分、吸烟史相关。
