【摘要】 特发性肺纤维化是一种慢性疾病，目前患病率增高，其发病机制尚不完全清楚，胃食管反流病是特发性肺纤维化常见的共病，被认为是该病发生的一项危险因素，虽其相关性存在争议，但近年来其机制和治疗方面研究仍有发展。本文就目前特发性肺纤维化合并胃食管返流的关联性、发病机制和治疗进行综合叙述，以期为该病后续研究提供新思路。

    [Abstract] Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis is a common chronic disease， and its pathogenesis is still not completely clear. Gastroesophageal reflux disease is a common comorbidity of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis， which is considered as a risk factor.Although theirs correlation is controversial， the research on its mechanism and treatment has developed in recent years. In this paper， the correlation， pathogenesis and treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis complicated with gastroesophageal reflux are comprehensively described， so as to provide new ideas for the follow-up study of the disease.
