【摘要】 目的：分析针灸联合推拿对脑卒中后肩关节痛患者疼痛及关节功能的影响。方法：选取2020年3月—2022年10月泰安荣军医院收治的脑卒中后肩关节痛患者108例纳入研究，按电脑随机数字表法分为观察组54例，对照组54例。对照组采用推拿进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用针灸，对比两组疼痛程度及关节功能。结果：治疗后，观察组总有效率高于对照组(Plt;0.05)；治疗后，两组症状评分均较治疗前降低，且观察组症状评分均低于对照组(Plt;0.05)；治疗后，两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、上肢功能障碍评定量表(DASH)评分均较治疗前降低，且观察组上述评分均低于对照组(Plt;0.05)；治疗后，两组Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估法(FMA)上肢评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)量表评分均较治疗前升高，且观察组上述评分均高于对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论：针灸联合推拿应用于脑卒中后肩关节痛治疗中，可缓解肩部关节疼痛，促进上肢功能恢复，提高生活自理能力。
