【摘要】 目的：探讨早产儿行袋鼠式护理在自动听性脑干反应(AABR)中的应用性分析。方法：选取2021年1—9月抚州市第一人民医院收治的60例早产儿。采用随机分组方法分为袋鼠组(30例)和常规组(30例)，常规组采用常规护理方式，袋鼠组在常规组基础上采用袋鼠式护理。比较两组听力筛查的检查准备时间、环境噪音干扰、检测时间、完成AABR记录时间、筛查通过率及测试状态。结果：袋鼠组检查准备时间、检测时间、完成AABR记录时间均显著短于常规组(Plt;0.05)，两组的环境噪音干扰比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。袋鼠组的初筛依从性、初筛通过率均显著高于常规组，测试状态明显优于常规组(Plt;0.05)。结论：袋鼠式护理有助于早产儿AABR检测高效、顺利地进行，减少声光刺激的影响，缩短听力筛查时间，提高筛查效率。
