【摘要】 目的：观察肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)联合微波消融及仑伐替尼治疗中晚期肝癌的效果。方法：选取江西省肿瘤医院2020年5月—2021年5月收治的80例中晚期肝癌患者，依随机数字表法分为对照组、试验组，每组40例。对照组接受TACE联合微波消融治疗，试验组接受TACE联合微波消融及仑伐替尼治疗；对比两组临床疗效、肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、甲胎蛋白(AFP)]水平、肝功能指标[谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)]及12个月生存率。结果：治疗结束6个月时，试验组客观缓解率、疾病控制率均较对照组高，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；试验组治疗1个月CEA、AFP、ALT、AST水平均较对照组低，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；试验组12个月生存率较对照组高，差异均有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：中晚期肝癌患者采用TACE联合微波消融及仑伐替尼治疗效果较好，可降低肿瘤标志物水平，提高肝功能，改善预后。
