【摘要】 目的：探讨分析经皮椎间孔内窥镜脊柱系统(TESSYS)技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果。方法：选择宜春欧阳骨科医院2017年1月—2021年9月收治的160例腰椎间盘突出症患者，采用随机数字表法分为参考组(n=80)与试验组(n=80)。参考组采用小切口椎板开窗术治疗，试验组采用TESSYS技术治疗。对比两组优良率、炎症因子指标、疼痛评分、骨代谢水平及并发症发生率。结果：两组优良率比较，试验组高于参考组(Plt;0.05)。两组术前炎症因子水平、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)；两组术后炎症因子水平、VAS评分较术前均降低，且试验组较参考组均更低(Plt;0.05)。两组手术前后的骨代谢水平比较，差异均无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(Pgt;0.05)。结论：TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果较好，能够缓解疼痛，减轻炎症反应，且安全性高。
