【摘要】 开腹手术是普外科常见的手术方式，其术后的剧烈疼痛可诱发低氧血症、高碳酸血症等多种并发症，严重影响患者术后的生活质量。使用罗哌卡因对切口进行局部浸润麻醉，降低了患者术后并发症的发生率，并且操作简单、快速、易于管理。通过对罗哌卡因切口局部浸润麻醉用于各类开腹手术的主要进展进行归纳总结，从而讨论开腹手术中罗哌卡因切口局部浸润麻醉的可行性，在此基础上查阅数篇近年来国内外相关研究文献进行比对分析，对罗哌卡因切口浸润的研究前景进行展望。
