【摘要】 近年来糖尿病足溃疡(diabetic foot ulcer，DFU)患病率明显增加，为促进溃疡愈合，降低截肢率，必须对DFU患者足部情况及时进行评估，科学评估对制定正确治疗方案及预测预后具有重要意义。由于DFU的复杂性，人工智能(AI)图像识别技术可能是及时筛查和识别DFU风险的有效方法，本文将综述DFU图像识别技术对DFU患者创面评估、缺血/感染分类、评估疗效及预测预后的研究进展。

    [Abstract] In recent years， the prevalence of diabetes foot ulcer (DFU) has increased significantly. In order to promote ulcer healing and reduce the amputation rate， it is necessary to evaluate the foot condition of DFU patients in a timely manner. Scientific evaluation is of great significance for formulating correct treatment plans and predicting prognosis. Due to the complexity of DFU， artificial intelligence (AI) image recognition technology may be an effective method to screen and identify the risk of DFU in a timely manner. This article will review the research progress of DFU image recognition technology in wound evaluation， ischemia/infection classification， evaluation of curative effect and prediction of prognosis of DFU patients. ......
