【摘要】 目的：探討阿昔洛韦联合雾化吸入重组人干扰素α2b治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症的临床价值。方法：选取宜春市人民医院2021年9月—2022年9月收治的78例传染性单核细胞增多症患儿为本次研究对象，根据其治疗时间进行分组，其中2021年9月—2022年2月治疗的患儿为参照组(39例)，实施单纯阿昔洛韦治疗；2022年3—9月治疗的患儿为研究组(39例)，在参照组的基础上联合重组人干扰素α2b治疗；对比两组治疗效率、临床症状消退时间、C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平及不良反应发生情况。结果：研究组治疗总有效率较参照组高，研究组发热消退时间、淋巴结缩小时间、肝脾回缩时间及激酶恢复正常时间均短于参照组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：对传染性单核细胞增多症患儿积极实施阿昔洛韦联合雾化吸入重组人干扰素α2b治疗，能取得更为理想的治疗效果，改善临床症状及C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平，且药物安全性良好。
