    【摘要】 目的：探討散风通窍滴丸治疗急性鼻炎的临床效果及安全性。方法：选取2022年1—12月昆山市中医医院收治的120例急性鼻炎患者，用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=60)应用头孢克肟分散片治疗，观察组(n=60)应用头孢克肟分散片+散风通窍滴丸治疗。比较两组中医症状积分，免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G，IgG)、IgA、IgM、肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α，TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(interleukin-6，IL-6)、IL-8及IL-10水平，临床疗效及不良反应。结果：治疗后观察组鼻塞、流涕、鼻黏膜充血、咽喉疼痛、鼻痒、头痛积分均显著低于对照组(P0.05)。结论：在常规抗生素基础上给予散风通窍滴丸可明显改善急性鼻炎患者的症状，减轻炎症反应，调节免疫，临床疗效显著，且安全性高。
