    1月—2022年7月贛州市第三人民医院中西医结合精神科收治的64例产后抑郁障碍患者，将患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组，每组32例。对照组采用舍曲林治疗，观察组采用疏肝解郁汤联合正念疗法治疗。对两组治疗前后效果、神经内分泌、性激素水平、副反应和复发情况进行对比分析。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为87.50%，对照组的治疗总有效率为62.50%，观察组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：疏肝解郁汤联合正念疗法能有效提高产后抑郁障碍的临床疗效，提升神经递质水平，改善性激素水平，具有一定安全性。
