    【摘要】 目的：研究神經根型颈椎病患者用正清风痛宁注射液行颈部椎旁注射治疗的效果。方法：以随机数字表法将2019年12月—2021年1月赣南医学院第三附属医院收治的96例神经根型颈椎病患者分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(48例)。对照组以颈椎牵引进行治疗，治疗组以正清风痛宁注射液行颈部椎旁注射治疗，两组均持续治疗4周。比较两组治疗后临床疗效，治疗前及治疗1～4周症状量表评分，治疗前后疼痛程度及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为87.50%高于对照组的70.83%(P0.05)。结论：神经根型颈椎病患者应用正清风痛宁注射液行颈部椎旁注射能有效改善临床症状，疗效更佳，降低疼痛程度，且安全性良好。
