去泛素化酶USP20与胆固醇结石
钟睿梓 张悦 黄晓珺【摘要】 胆固醇结石作为胆囊结石中发生率最高的一种结石,其形成机制可能与胆固醇代谢相关。泛素化是一种能够调控蛋白及蛋白底物,以及介導蛋白降解的蛋白修饰作用,对细胞具有重要的生理学作用,而去泛素化酶(DUBs)是一种去除泛素化以达到影响蛋白质功能的酶,目前泛素特异性蛋白酶20(USP20)作为一种去泛素化酶,可以通过对脂代谢关键限速酶起到去泛素化作用而影响血中胆固醇的含量。本文主要对胆固醇结石的形成、DUBs及泛素特异性蛋白酶(USPs)与疾病的关联进行综述,并探讨USP20对胆固醇的影响及其与胆固醇结石之间可能存在的关联。

[Abstract] Cholesterol stone is the most common type of gallstone, and its formation mechanism may be related to cholesterol metabolism. Ubiquitination is a kind of protein modification that can regulate proteins and protein substrates and mediate protein degradation, and has important physiological effects on cells.
