    【摘要】 重症患者病情较为复杂，治疗期间常出现下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)，不利于其病情的恢复，虽常规药物防治效果较好，但极易引起患者出血。物理治疗可弥补药物治疗的不足，基于此，本研究针对重症患者下肢DVT的物理治疗展开综述，旨在为重症患者早期进行物理治疗预防下肢DVT提供参考依据。

    [Abstract] The condition of critically ill patients is more complicated， and deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of lower limb often occurs during treatment， which is not conducive to the recovery of the condition. Although the conventional drug control efficiency is good， it is easy to cause bleeding in patients. Physical therapy can make up for the deficiency of drug therapy. Based on this， this study summarizes the physical therapy of DVT of lower limb in critically ill patients， aiming to provide a reference for early physical therapy to prevent DVT of lower limb in critically ill patients.
