    【摘要】 目的：探讨分析Wiltse入路椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果。方法：将苏州市相城人民医院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的60例胸腰椎骨折患者按随机数字表法分为Wiltse入路组(A组，n=30)和后路椎旁入路组(B组，n=30)。比较两组手术总时长、总失血量、术后首次下床活动时间、住院总天数；比较两组术前和术后1周、12个月的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、伤椎前后缘高度比及Cobb角。结果：A组手术总时长、术后首次下床活动时间、住院总天数均较B组更短，总失血量较B组更少(P0.05)。结论：Wiltse入路椎弓根钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折具有手术时间短、失血少、损伤小、恢复快的优点。
