    【摘要】 目的：分析影響乳腺癌患者生存质量的相关危险因素。方法：将2019年1月—2023年1月南通瑞慈医院普外科收治的106例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，根据乳腺癌患者癌症生活质量调查表(QLQ-C30)，分为状况优组(n=80)和状况差组(n=26)，并采取问卷调查法收集一般资料，对其进行单因素分析、logistic多因素分析及受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线分析。结果：状态差组的内分泌治疗(否)、经济因素(自费)、家庭人均月收入(5万元)、临床分期(>Ⅱ期)及患者认为影响生存质量的因素(家庭支持态度)比例均高于状态优组，差异均有统计学意义(PⅡ期及患者认为影响生存质量的因素(家庭支持态度)的乳腺癌患者，需采取针对性的照护措施，以实现改善治疗期间的生存质量。
