    【摘要】 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种临床常见的生殖内分泌紊乱性疾病，临床表现呈现高度异质性，发病机制复杂且不明确，有关PCOS的治疗尚无统一的标准。目前，临床主要采用对症治疗的方式来调节PCOS女性的月经周期，改善胰岛素抵抗(IR)，降低雄激素水平等。对症治疗的方式主要包括西医治疗、中医治疗及中西医结合治疗，且每种治疗方式都在不断地更新和完善。基于此，本论文就PCOS近年来的治疗及治疗新进展做一总结，以期为临床进一步规范治疗PCOS提供一定的参考依据。

    [Abstract] Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common clinical reproductive endocrine disorders disease， its clinical manifestations exhibiting high heterogeneity， the pathogenesis is complex and unclear， and there is not uniform standard for the treatment of PCOS.
