    【摘要】 新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)可造成骨骼肌质量和功能的改变，导致急性肌肉减少症的发生。急性肌肉减少症对COVID-19的治疗和康复也会产生不利影响，它们之间可形成恶性循环。在COVID-19治疗过程中及早发现急性肌肉减少症并进行有效的干预，是阻断这种恶性循环的关键。本文就COVID-19相关急性肌肉减少症的病因和机制、不良影响、评估和诊断手段、预防和治疗措施进行综述。

    [Abstract] Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) can cause changes in the quality and function of skeletal muscle， leading to the occurrence of acute sarcopenia. Acute sarcopenia will also have an adverse effect on the treatment and rehabilitation of COVID-19， and a vicious circle can be formed between them. Early detection and effective intervention of acute sarcopenia during the treatment of COVID-19 is the key to block this vicious cycle. This article reviews the etiology and mechanism， adverse effects， evaluation and diagnostic methods， prevention and treatment of COVID-19-associated acute sarcopenia.
