双能CT在评估急性脑梗死侧支循环的研究进展
闫景伟【摘要】 急性脑梗死具有病发时间短、治疗效率较低、死亡率较高、后遗症强等典型特征,严重威胁中老年人生命健康。良好的侧支循环可以缩小梗死体积,降低脑梗死的复发风险、改善患者的预后。有效建立侧支循环不仅可以减少神经损伤的发生,还可以降低二次脑梗死发生风险。双能CT可以利用钙化分布图来区分颅内出血灶和钙化灶,可以辅助急性脑梗死血管内治疗后早期颅内出血的诊断。探讨双能CT评估急性脑梗死侧支循环对患者的临床决策以及预后具有重要意义,因此本文对双能CT在评估急性脑梗死侧支循环的研究进展进行综述。

[Abstract] Acute cerebral infarction has the typical characteristics of short onset time, low treatment efficiency, high mortality and strong sequelae, which seriously threatens the life and health of middle-aged and elderly people.
