    【摘要】 肩周炎是一种导致关节囊增厚、纤维化、关节挛缩和关节体积减小的疾病。中医外治法治疗肩周炎对患者危害相对较小，在减轻疼痛、改善肩关节运动障碍方面具有独特优势，但各种治疗方案存在疗效差异。本文就近5年肩周炎的中医外治法内容进行综述，探讨不同外治方案的疗效与治疗特点，为临床治疗肩周炎提供参考。

    [Abstract] Periarthritis humeroscapularis is a disease that causes joint capsular thickening and fibrosis， arthrogryposis and reduced joint volume. External therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis is relatively less harmful to patients， and has a unique advantage in reducing pain and improving shoulder joint movement disorder， but there are differences in the efficacy among various treatment schemes. This article reviews the contents of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine of periarthritis humeroscapularis in recent 5 years， discusses the efficacy and treatment characteristics of different external therapy schemes， and provides reference for clinical treatment of periarthritis humeroscapularis. ......
