    【摘要】 目的：研討3D打印种植导板对牙缺失种植修复术患者的应用效果及修复精确度影响。方法：选取2020年3月—2022年5月在聊城市第五人民医院行种植修复术处理的牙缺失患者64例，按照随机数字表法设为试验组与对照组，各32例。对照组采用传统种植导板辅助下修复，试验组采用3D打印种植导板下修复。比较两组修复成功率、2D及3D平面种植体偏离值及术后不同时间段的植体稳定系数(implant stability quotient，ISQ)。结果：试验组与对照组的修复成功率均为100%，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组2D平面及3D平面种植体偏离值均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：3D打印种植导板辅助牙缺失种植修复的效果显著，在保障种植体的成功率和稳定性的同时，能够明显提高修复精确度。
