    【摘要】 目的：观察小儿麻甘颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠对支气管肺炎患儿炎症指标的影响。方法：随机将2022年1—10月赣州市南康区第一人民医院收治78例支气管肺炎患儿分为两组，各39例。对照组给予孟魯司特钠治疗，在此基础上，观察组联合小儿麻甘颗粒治疗，连续治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效、炎症指标、症状改善时间、住院时间、不良反应。结果：观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高(P0.05)。结论：小儿麻甘颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管肺炎患儿效果较佳，可降低炎症指标，促进临床症状的改善，且联合治疗安全性较高。
